Genshin Impact Nefer materials, kit, and Constellations
Ascension and Talent materials for Nefer.

Nefer is a 5-Star Dendro character who is likely being added to Genshin Impact during version 6.1.
While Nefer should feature as a boosted 5-Star character on her Banner in version 6.1, she will eventually return to Genshin Impact at some point in the future when the Banner schedule cycles back to her.
If you want to prepare for her, we've listed reliable leaks of Nefer's Ascension materials and Talent materials so you can level her up to her full potential right away. To understand how you might play her, we've also detailed what we know about Nefer's kit and Constellations.
Keep in mind that this is leaked beta information, so Nefer's materials and kit might change upon her official release.

Nefer kit
Nefer is a 5-Star Dendro character who uses a catalyst, and keeping in mind that this is leaked beta information from hakush that could change upon Nefer's official release, and all of the percentages mentioned below are based on Level 1 Skills, here's a summary of Nefer's kit in Genshin Impact:
- Element: Dendro.
- Rarity: 5-Star.
- Weapon: Catalyst.
- Normal Attack: Striking Serpent
- Elemental Skill: E. Senet Strategy: Dances of a Thousand Nights
- Elemental Burst: Q. Sacred Vow: True Eye's Phantasm
- Passive one: A Wager of Moonlight - Nefer will be granted the corresponding buff effects based on the party's Moonsign. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: When she unleashes her Elemental Skill Senet Strategy: Dance of a Thousand Nights, any Dendro Cores and Bountiful Cores on the field will be converted to Seeds of Deceit, and any Lunar-Bloom reactions triggered in the following 15 seconds that would create Dendro Cores or Bountiful Cores will instead create Seeds of Deceit. Seeds of Deceit cannot trigger Hyperbloom or Burgeon reactions and will not burst. When Nefer unleashes a Charged Attack or Phantasm Performance, she can absorb Seeds of Deceit within a certain range, gaining one stack of Veil of Falsehood for every seed absorbed. When this effect gains three stacks, or when the third stack's duration is refreshed, Nefer's Elemental Mastery will be increased by 100 for eight seconds.
- Passive two: Daughter of the Dust and Sand - When Nefer is in the Shadow Dance state, if she enters the Slither state within five seconds of a party member triggering a Lunar-Bloom reaction, she will continuously regenerate Verdant Dew. Every 100 points of Nefer's Elemental Mastery beyond 500 will strengthen this regeneration effect by 10%, up to a maximum of 50%.
- Passive three: Moonsign Benediction: Dusklit Eaves - When a party member triggers a Bloom reaction, it will be converted into the Lunar-Bloom reaction, with every point of Elemental Mastery that Nefer has increasing Lunar-Bloom's Base damage by 0.0175%, up to a maximum of 14%. Additionally, when Nefer is in the party, the party's Moonsign will increase by one level.
- Passive four: Conspiracy of the Golden Vault - Gains 25% more rewards when dispatched on a Nod-Krai Expedition for 20 hours. Additionally, as the head of the Curatorium of Secrets, Nefer seemingly has the ability to obtain intelligence from a variety of sources - intelligence that certain factions in Nasha Town might find extremely interesting.

Nefer Normal Attack - Striking Serpent
Nefer performs up to four kicks dealing Dendro damage if tapping the normal attack button.
Holding this button down instead causes Nefer to enter the Slither state. In this state, she'll consume Stamina to move forward quickly for up to 2.5 seconds. Nefer will leave Slither state when either the button is released, the duration ends or she runs out of Stamina. At this point she will consume a certain amount of additional Stamina to deal Dendro damage to nearby opponents.
It's also important to note that sprinting or using Nefer's Elemental Skill won't cause her to leave the Slither state.
As with most plunging attacks, Nefer plunges from mid-air and strikes the ground below for AOE Dendro Damage on impact, damaging opponents along her path.
Nefer Elemental Skill - E. Senet Strategy: Dance of a Thousand Nights
When using Dance of a Thousand Nights, Nefer charges forward and deals AOE Dendro damage and enters the Shadow Dance state. If you have at least one Verdant Dew while in this state, Nefer's Charged Attack will be replaced with a special Charged Attack called Phantasm Performance. This has two initial usages and, when in the Shadow Dance state, Nefer's resistance to interruption is increased.
Nefer Elemental Burst - Q. Sacred Vow: True Eye's Phantasm
Granting a revelation to the mysteries of the false through true sight, Nefer deals AOE Dendro damage to any opponents ahead of her. Nefer will also consume all Veils of Falsehood to increase the damage dealt by the current Elemental Burst.

Nefer Constellations
By getting duplicates of Nefer from wishing on her Banner, you will receive her Stella Fortuna. This material allows you to unlock Constellation levels, with each upgrade either improving an existing Talent or Passive ability.

With thanks to hakush again for sourcing this leaked beta information, here are all of Nefer's Constellations in Genshin Impact:
- Planning Breeds Success (C1): The base damage for Lunar-Bloom reactions caused by Nefer's Phantasm Performance is increased by 60% of her Elemental Mastery. This effect is also boosted by Veil of Falsehood.
- Observation Feeds Strategy (C2): Enhances the effects of the Ascension Talent A Wager of Moonlight: Extends Veil of Falsehood's duration by five seconds, and increases its stack limit to five, as well as causing Phantasm Performance to deal up to 140% of its original damage. When Nefer unleashes her Elemental Skill, she will instantly gain two stacks of Veil of Falsehood. Additionally, when Veil of Falsehood gains five stacks, or when the fifth stack's duration is refreshed, Nefer's Elemental Mastery will be increased by 200 for eight seconds instead. You must first unlock the Ascension Talent 'A Wager of Moonlight.'
- Deceit Cloaks the Truth (C3): Increases the Level of Nefer's Elemental Skill by three, with a maximum upgrade level of 15.
- Delusion Ensnares Reason (C4): When Nefer is on the field and in the Shadow Dance state, you will gain Verdant Dew 25% faster. Additionally, while Nefer is in the Shadow Dance state, nearby opponents will have their Dendro Resistance decreased by 20%. This effect will be removed when Nefer exits the Shadow Dance state or after she strays a certain distance away from the opponents for 4.5 seconds.
- Opportunity Hides in the Margins (C5): Increases the Level of Nefer's Elemental Burst by three, with a maximum upgrade level of 15.
- Victory Flows from the Turning of Tides (C6): When Nefer unleashes Phantasm Performance, the second stage of damage dealt by herself will be converted to deal AOE Dendro damage equal to 85% of her Elemental Mastery. Additionally, when the attacks from Phantasm Performance end, an extra instance of AOE Dendro damage equal to 120% of Nefer's Elemental Mastery will be dealt. All of the aforementioned damage is considered Lunar-Bloom damage dealt by Phantasm Performance. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam - Nefer's Lunar-Bloom damage is elevated by 15%.
