Bell Pepper is a multiple harvest plant in Grow a Garden, which is always a good thing for a seed to be, but this specific fruit also counts as a summer plant too!

How to get Bell Pepper in Grow a Garden
In Grow a Garden you can get Bell Pepper seed from Summer Seed Shop travelling merchant. Don't worry if you can't get your hands on this, it can hard to get as the Summer Seed merchant is one of four different travelling merchants that can appear every four hours. However, as it's a multiple harvest plant, it can be worth the investment. Also, as it's a mythical plant it's one of the rarer ones to find in the shop.
Unless they're re-added to the main seed shop in future updates, the main way of getting this seed is by waiting for the Summer Seed Shop merchant (unless another player kindly gifts you a seed).
