To get Cocotanko Giraffanto in Plants vs Brainrots you need to fuse the Cocotank plant with a Giraffa Celeste Brainrot. After you fuse the two of them together at your fuse machine, you'll get the Cocotanko Giraffanto appear in your inventory.

Rememeber, you need to Rebirth once to unlock the fuse machine. If you don't have the machine yet, then you may be lucky enough to get this Brainrot if another player gifts them to you.

The Cocotanko Giraffanto is a Godly tier Brainrot that earns around $6,500 cash per second. They are currently obtainable in-game, but you will need to put a bit of work in to get past the first tier of Rebirth to get the fuse machine up and running.
