Mushrooms in Grow a Garden are one of multiple types of seeds you can watch grow into plants and then harvest them to sell for Sheckles (the in-game currency).
In our Plant Tier list for Grow a Garden we ranked Mushrooms as an S-Tier plant, because even though they're quite expensive to buy (and be a bit of a gamble) they can earn you a lot of Sheckles in one go.

How to get Mushrooms in Grow a Garden
You can get Mushrooms for 150,000 Sheckles from Sam at the Seed Shop. Now, these are 'Divine' Seeds, and because of this they are one of the rarer ones to appear in the shop.
If you're after Mushrooms, it's worth checking the shop's stock after it refreshes. Remember, the Seed Shop refreshes every five minutes. You'll be notified at the top of your screen when the shop is refreshed and you can fast travel straight to it by clicking the 'Seeds' button at the top of the screen.
Now, Mushrooms are a gamble but when the gamble works out you can find your pockets filled with a lot of Sheckles for selling one plant. Mushrooms are a single harvest, meaning you'll only get one crop appear for 150,000 Sheckles (which is a lot) and if you don't get a crop mutation, then you can lose money on your investment.
