Jim Trinca (he/him) is a Welsh video producer with a decade of experience across various outlets, YouTube channels, and even an ill fated gaming spin-off of Top Gear. He loves open worlds, RPGs, games with life sim elements, narrative driven adventures, and indies. He’s obsessed with Bethesda games, Assassin’s Creed, and Grand Theft Auto, but spends an alarming amount of time evangelising Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days as a rare and genuine work of interactive art that is wholly committed to its aesthetic. Nobody knows if he's actually serious.
Jim joined Eurogamer in 2024 and lives in Bristol with his wife and son, and a horrid little cat, in a flat full of small model ships from Star Trek. In his spare time he collects embarrassing obsessions.
