After all, you don't want to miss out on a Legendary Pokémon and have to wait years for their return! Especially since all four Deoxys forms have returned for October.

October is the perfect time to catch any Deoxys form you're missing from your Pokédex! It also gives you the chance to catch an Altered Form Giratina, which can be quite the useful Pokémon.
Make sure you know the October event and raid schedule. You can now catch Dynamax Pokémon through Max Battles. First, however, you need to visit Power Spots to collect Max Particles and complete the To the Max! quest. Don't forget to try out Routes, Gift Exchange and Party Play while you're hunting down rare Pokémon, fighting in the Go Battle League or competing in PokéStop Showcases.

Remember - you don't catch a Mega Evolution from a Mega Raid. Instead, you get the Mega Energy for that Pokémon and an encounter with their regular form.
