The legendary Keychron K2 mechanical keyboard is just $45 from Woot
It just keeps going.

The Keychron K2 V2 feels like it's been around since the dawn of time as one of the best affordable mechanical keyboards that really doesn't skimp on features - a space saving 75 percent layout, hot-swappable switches, wireless connectivity and it'll play nicely with Mac and PC. For $45 from Woot, that's ridiculous.
According to Woot, that's half off its reference price, and is a real steal, even against Keychron's own store on Amazon, where this 'board sits at $80. It is also brand-new, as opposed to some of the open-box deals we've seen Woot offer in the past.

Keychron K2 V2 (75%, G Pro Brown, Bluetooth)Now $44.99 (was $89.99) |
The 75 percent layout gives you the alphanumeric keys you need, plus some navigation keys and arrow keys in a smushed-up TKL form for more desk space. It's a layout I've used in various keyboards over the years, and a real enthusiast-favourite Keychron also says this keyboard is compatible with both Mac and Windows for added versatility, which is pleasant. I've used the K2 V2 with Mac and Windows in recent times, and it works without a hitch - it is also one of our favourite keyboards for Mac and iPad, putting it in good stead if you want to use it with an Apple product.
It comes with tactile Gateron G Pro Brown switches inside, which are pleasant if you like a softer tactile experience with a bump halfway down the keypress - an ideal experience for typists. If you don't like these switches though and you want a change, then you'll be pleased to know the K2 V2 is hot-swappable with MX-style switches with both three and five pin mounts, so you've got virtually endless options up and down the price ladder.
Connectivity is either via three-channel Bluetooth, or over USB-C if you'd prefer a wired connection, and Keychron says this keyboard will last for up to 72 hours with its white backlight off from its 4000mAh battery, giving you weeks' worth of use between charges. It is a shame for some it isn't RGB, but a white backlight at least provides a cleaener aesthetic
If you fancy a capable small form factor keyboard for a bargain basement price, don't miss this Woot deal on the Keychron K2 V2.
