Sunzio seed in Plants vs Brainrots is one of the plants you can collect and grow to attack Brainrots on the treadmill, helping you defeat them to add them to your inventory.
The more plants you have in your garden in Plants vs Brainrots, the better chance you have of taking down incoming Brainrots. The better the plants are, the more damage you do and the higher level of Brainrots you can defeat.

How to get Sunzio Seed in Plants vs Brainrots
You can get Sunzio Seed in Plants vs Brainrots as a reward for the Lock-Up Event on Central Island. Each Wanted Brainrot you put in prison on the island give you rewards, some of which will be Sunzio Seed.
To get to the Lock-Up event island you need to unlock the Central Island. You can do this by paying $1,000,000 to open the portal on the left side of your plot (when your back is facing your collected Brainrots.) Pay to open the portal, then head through it to reach Central Island.
Once you arrive at Central Island, look at the Wanted poster at the Warden's Prison. This will tell you which Brainrot they're looking for next and the rewards you'll get for finding them. Once you've got a Wanted Brainrot, head to the cell in the middle of the prison and use the prompted command to donate them.
When you've done this, another Brainrot will appear on the Wanted poster and you'll need to find them. Keep repeating until you fill the completion bar to get your rewards.

The Sunzio Seed takes two minutes to grow to full size. The timer starts the moment you plant the seed somewhere in your garden. Rememeber, if you don't like where you've put them, you can always use your shovel to pick up the fully grown Sunzio Seed and move it somewhere else.
